At Rumie Blends, we ensure the highest quality of our products and customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an order is delivered.

1. No Return Policy

All sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
We do not accept returns for opened, used, or unopened food products.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

If you receive a damaged or defective product.
If the wrong item is delivered.

To request a refund, contact us at contact@rumieblends.com within 24 hours of receiving the order with proof (images of the product and packaging). Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

3. Replacement Policy

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will replace it at no extra cost. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at contact@rumieblends.com with proof of the issue.

4. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
